District Admin Standards Report

Standards Report will only appear if it is available for one of your publications. 

District admins can view average scores from schools, classrooms, and individual students of the standards covered in Studies Weekly Online Unit and Weekly Assessment questions using the Standards Report.

From your Studies Weekly Online account, select the Standards Report from the District Admin tab in the primary navigation bar at the top of the screen.

A: Dropdown to select a publication. 

B. The Submission Date dropdown allows teachers to filter student scores. The default view is All.

C. Select the Print or Export CSV button to save or share the report. 

D: Select individual standard links to open a pop-up modal displaying the standard and questions available for the publication. Standards are organized alphabetically and numerically.

E: Search for a specific school by typing the name in the Find bubble. Schools are organized alphabetically. Use the caret at the top of the list to change the order from Z-A.

F: Average district score for each standard on a student's first Assessment attempt. District scores are calculated by adding together the scores of all eligible students in the district for a specific standard divided by the number of eligible students in the district. (Eligible student scores total / eligible students = district score)

G: Select an individual school to view the average scores for classrooms. Classroom scores are calculated by adding together the scores of all eligible students for a specific standard divided by the number of eligible students in that class. (Eligible student scores total / eligible students in the class = classroom score)

H. School scores are calculated by adding together the scores of all eligible students in the selected school for a specific standard divided by the number of eligible students in the school. (Eligible student scores total / eligible students = school score)

 Important

  • The scores on this report contain scores from the students' first attempt. If a retake has been allowed, only the first attempt will appear on this report.
  • This report is cached. An updated report will be available every morning.
  • When no data is available there is a (-) in the  standard box.
  • The Standards Report will only appear if it's available for one of your Publications.

J. Select a classroom to view classroom individual student scores.

K. Select the three dotsto the right of a student's name to either Edit the account or Log In As the student.

L. Select an individual student score to view the standard, questions associated, student answer selections, and Total Score of the standard (points earned/points possible.) More information is provided below.

 

Individual Student Scores

Each standard's score is calculated by averaging the scores of all answered questions linked to it. This report displays scores from your students’ first submission of each assessment question. (See letter L above.) If a retake has been allowed, only the first attempt appears on this report.

M: Student name, average percentage score, and Total Score. Shown as total points earned/ total points possible.

N: Standard number and skill.

O: Link to open the Assessment in the publication.

P: Submission Time and Date.

Q: Student’s response to the question. Response will be red if incorrect, green if correct.

R: Question Score (points earned/points possible).

S: Option to Print.

 

Printing

Selecting Print within an individual student’s standards pop-up modal (see letters E and S above) allows you to view and print the student’s responses to the questions. As well as see the date and time each question was submitted.

Selecting Print within the Standards pop-up modal (see letter C above) allows you to view and print the (unanswered) questions associated with the selected standard.
