District Admins (currently using an automated rostering method with Studies Weekly Online) have the ability to request a manual sync of their district roster. This article explains the process.
From your Studies Weekly Online account, navigate to the District Overview page.
The District Overview page shows the current sync status which will include one of the following:
- Successful
- Failed
- Manual Sync Requested
- Sync Processing
To initiate a manual sync, select the Request Manual Sync hyperlink next to the Sync Status. The status will automatically update to Manual Sync Requested. Sync times will vary depending on the size of the district.
After the sync is successful, the user accounts and classrooms are ready for use. The district admin will need to refresh their screen to see the updated rosters.
