Navigate Studies Weekly Online

Teachers can create classrooms, assign publications, and manage student accounts. They can also view and Grade student submissions, view Reports, create Customized Content, and access Online Teaching Tools, including resources, training videos, and professional development opportunities.

There are four additional user account levels in Studies Weekly Online and each role has specific access. Read about each level below to learn the differences. 

Student

Students can see the content assigned to them by a teacher, including their progress, scores, and coins.

Family

A Family Email can be added to a student(s) account giving parents or guardians access to view student(s) progress in the Family Dashboard. Family accounts can only be created by invitation from a teacher or admin.

School Admin

School Admins have all the same access a teacher does with some additional features.

  • Access to view all of the Students, Staff, and Classrooms connected to their school.
  • A Usage Report that shows the number of times each teacher and student has logged in.
  • They have the ability to log in as any teacher (or student) in their school for detailed classroom and student data.

District Admin

District Admins have all of the same access as a School Admin with some additional features.

  • Access to view all of the Students, Staff, and Classrooms connected to their organization.
  • The Usage Report will show all the schools connected to the district.
  • They can create District Customized Content to be shared precisely across the organization.
