The Standards Report will display students' average score for the standards covered in a publication. Standards are linked to Studies Weekly, Week, and Unit Assessment questions.
From your Studies Weekly Online account and within the desired Classroom Card:
- Choose Reports.
- Select Standards Report.
- Select a Publication.
A: Dropdown to select a publication.
B: Select the individual standard links to open a pop-up modal displaying the standard and questions available for the publication. Standards are organized alphabetically and numerically.
C: Search for a specific student by typing their name in the Find bubble. Students are organized alphabetically by Last Name. Use the caret at the top of the Student List to change the order from Z-A.
D: Average Classroom score for each standard on the student's first Assessment attempt.
E: Select an individual student score to view the standard, questions, student answer selections, and Total Score (points earned/points possible. More information can be found below.
F: Select the three dots to the right of a student's name to either Edit the account or Log In As the student.
G: Option to Print the entire report.
Important
- The scores on this report contain scores from the students' first attempt. If a retake has been allowed, only the first attempt will appear on this report.
- This report is cached. An updated report will be available every morning.
- When no data is available there is a “-” in the standard box.
- The Standards Report is not available for all publications.
Individual Student Scores
The score of each standard is calculated by averaging the scores of all the questions linked to that standard. Scores visible on this report are a reflection of your students’ first submission of the assessment question. (See letter F above.) If a retake has been allowed, only the first attempt will appear on this report.
H: Student name, average percentage score, and Total Score. Shown as total points earned/ total points possible.
I: Standard number and skill.
J: Link to open the Assessment in the publication.
K: Submission Time and Date.
L: Student’s response to the question. Response will be red if incorrect, green if correct.
M: Question Score (points earned/points possible).
N: Option to Print.
Printing
Selecting Print within an individual student’s standards pop-up modal (see letters E and N above) allows you to view and print the student’s responses to the questions. As well as see the date and time each question was submitted.
Selecting Print within the Standards pop-up modal (see letter C above) allows you to view and print the (unanswered) questions associated with the selected standard.
