How to Edit, Archive and Recover Classrooms

Teachers can edit, archive, and recover classrooms. Use the tabs below to learn how.

Edit Classroom

Teachers can edit classroom settings, like the name, grade, subjects, and more.

From your Studies Weekly Online account and within the desired Classroom Card:

  1. Click Class Settings.

  2. Edit the information you wish to change and click Save.

Archive a Classroom

All Classes will be automatically archived the day after the End of School Date. To view or edit this date, open the Class Settings as mentioned in the Edit Classroom instructions. If you wish to archive a classroom before the End of School date you may do so at any time. Teachers can only archive the classes they create. Reports are still available for Archived Classes.

  1. Click the three dots three_dots_icon.jpg in the classroom card you want to archive. (This menu is only available if you created the classroom.)
  2. Click Archive.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Archive again. This action can only be completed with classrooms the user has created.
