Viewing Student Progress in Inactive Classrooms

View the updated Studies Weekly Online version changes below the article

Teachers have the ability to view historical student progress data in deactivated classrooms. This includes data from Customized Content, grading, and Reports. If the classroom was created manually, teachers can follow the steps in the Help Center article How to Edit, Deactivate, and Reactivate Classrooms to be able to recover the classroom and make changes.

From your Studies Weekly Online account, navigate to the Classrooms tab and select Inactive:

Select the data you wish to review from a Classroom Card.

Inside of any selected reports, the gold bar at the top of the page reminds the teacher they are in read-only mode. Teachers can use all the usual navigation features including printing student progress.

Additionally, teachers can open any publication assigned to the archived class and view the data.

When you are finished viewing data and want to return to your active classrooms list, select the Classrooms tab at the top of the page.
