- Single Sign-On Application
- Once Studies Weekly has synced your Clever roster data, your teachers, students, and admins should immediately be able to log into Studies Weekly Online using the Studies Weekly Online 3.0 SSO application.
- Filter Shared Data
- Before sharing your roster with the Studies Weekly application, Clever provides you with a way to filter the data you share so that accounts and classrooms are only created for teachers, students, and admins that are using Studies Weekly Online.
-
- Studies Weekly also recommends adjusting the sharing rules specific to the subject (Social Studies, Science, Early Learning, or Health and Wellness) depending on what your district has ordered. This will reduce confusion and prevent unnecessary classrooms from being created within each user account.
- Substitute Teachers
- Progress in the Studies Weekly Online articles is stored in the classroom. While it is possible to add substitutes manually to the Clever roster and append them to the existing classrooms, we have seen many issues with this method. Incorporating a substitute into the Clever data can lead to lost classroom progress and student confusion by having access to multiple classrooms in Studies Weekly Online.
- Troubleshooting the Roster
- As with our other third-party rostering options, Clever often requires the assistance of both the Clever support team and the Studies Weekly rostering team when troubleshooting issues. In some cases, you may be required to also work with the support team for your SIS software since not all SIS databases are 100% compatible with Clever.
