If a district is not rostered, a teacher can manually create a teacher account with Studies Weekly Online.
Many districts choose to roster and use a single sign-on (SSO) method to access Studies Weekly Online. Users can still use the Google SSO method to access Studies Weekly Online if they do not choose to roster. If your district is interested in having Studies Weekly create and maintain your teacher and student accounts, please click here to read more information on rostering.
- To create a teacher account, go to online.studiesweekly.com
- Click Register Account
- Select the Teachers tab

If you are homeschooling, please select "Homeschool" as your district and school. If you are a charter or private school, please select "Independent and Private Schools" as your district, then your school’s name.

- Your email address will become your username.
- Your password can be anything you choose (minimum of 5 characters).
If you are homeschooling, your email address needs to match the email that you used for your order’s shipping confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed here. Please click on the link in the email to verify your account and complete the account creation process.
If you do not receive the confirmation email and have checked your spam folder, please contact customer service at 866-311-8734.
You will now be logged in to your teacher account where you will see the publications the district has purchased. For more information on what to do next, see the How to Create a Classroom and How to Add Publications to a Classroom articles.
