Teachers have the ability to highlight information and add notes when in Teacher Resources. Notes and highlights are unique to a publication and will carry over to each classroom that has access to that publication within the user’s account.
Note
Notes and highlights can only be seen by the user who created them and will be saved to use year after year.
To create Teacher Resource Notes, from your Studies Weekly Online account:
- Click the Publication you wish to open in the Classroom Card or click View All Publications.
- Select a Publication.
- Click the Teacher Resources button.
- Locate the content you wish to highlight. Drag your cursor over the text and type any notes that are important to you. Choose the color of your highlight and click Save.
Teacher Resource Notes can be found in the Classroom Cards on the Classes tab.
Notes and highlights are organized by weeks in the publication. Teachers can Search for specific annotations or use the Filters to sort by Unit and Week.
The Print feature gives teachers the option to Save as PDF or Print their notes, allowing teachers to share notes with another teacher.
Studies Weekly Online recommends selecting the Background graphics box for optimal printing.
