Using the Classes Tab Features
You can customize how you and your students use Studies Weekly Online. Here are few tips to get you started:
- Log in to your online account
- Go to studiesweekly.com/online
- Enter username (email address)
- Enter password
- Click Login
- In the blue menu bar select the Classes tab
To Add a New Classroom
- Click Add New Classroom, on the bottom left-hand side of your screen
- Fill in the Class Name
- Choose the Grade Level
- Choose the School Year
- Click Add Classroom
To Manage Students
- Click on the Manage Students tab
To Add Students
- Once you have created and selected your Classroom, you are ready to add students to that class
- You can add them individually by clicking the Add Student tab below the green menu bar
- For other methods of adding students, click on the gear in the green menu bar

To Manage Publications
If you need to turn off several publications, choose All Publications OFF, then follow the instructions below to turn on the individual publication you want students to view.
- Next to each publication listed is a Visible to Students button
- If the toggle is green, students can view the publication
- If the toggle is red, students can NOT view the publication
These steps only need to be done once but must be completed for each publication in each class.
To Turn Off Games
- Click on the gear icon on the right-hand side of the green menu bar
- Click the toggle next to the game to turn off/on each game
- Crosswords
- Mis-Spilled
- Rev Rat Cage
- Explorers
- Green means student WILL see that game
- Red means students will NOT see that game
To Manage Reports
This area allows you to monitor your students' online progress
- Click the Reports tab
- View the statistics by individual students or the class as a whole
To Manage Parents
This tab is for teachers who would like parents to be able to view their students' online progress. To use:
- Click the Manage Parents tab
- Click Add Parent
- Enter parent name
- Enter parent email
- Click Send Invite
