You can download the teachers.csv file template by clicking here. For the roster to process, the document must be uploaded with the name teachers.csv and must be UTF-8 encoded. Please remove any accented characters as they will cause the sync to fail to process.
In this file, you will be asked for the following information:
- Teacher Name
- Teacher Email - This will be used as the teacher's username. If you would like your users to use Google Classroom, you will provide their Google Classroom email here.
- Teacher ID - This does not have to be their school issued ID. Each user must have a unique ID with a minimum length of one character.
- School ID - You can find your schools' IDs using the button below. You must use the Studies Weekly IDs provided.
- Password (Optional) - You can provide your teachers with a custom password. If you would like to do so, you will add a fifth column and title it password. If you would like them to set their own password, do not add the fifth column.
The finished document should be formatted similarly to the following text:
