Video Errors
If your Studies Weekly videos are not playing properly, please try these troubleshooting steps.
- Try using Google Chrome. Please note; Internet Explorer is not a supported browser.
- Clear your cache and cookies. Click here for instructions on clearing your cache.
- Restart your browser (make sure to close all Chrome windows)
- You may need to whitelist a couple of websites. Your school's IT department will need to whitelist the following:
