    When that happened to me, it was because my student had selected the wrong publication.

    I have followed all of this but I went to one of my students accounts and it still says test not available????   Do they have to show already have read all the materials before it will allow them to take it?

    Hi Rianna - I apologize that I did not see your comment when it was first posted. I should have responded immediately.  I am also sorry to hear that one of the students is having trouble. All of your students should be able to take the test you have made available. There is no special action needed on their part, like reading every article online.

    Try doing what Kaitlyn said, and make sure it is not an error on the students part. If you are still having troubles, contact support and we will get you taken care of right away.
