What if a duplicate order has been placed?

This article presents what to do when a duplicate order has been placed and ways to prevent it.

Studies Weekly is not responsible for duplicate orders. If you place an order over the phone, please do not also fax, email, or mail the purchase order. This may result in a duplicate order being placed.


If you receive a double shipment or two invoices for the same order with different invoice numbers, contact our customer service department right away. Work with them to return and cancel the duplicate order, to avoid duplicate charges.

Studies Weekly is unable to accept returns after February 1st. That is the end of our shipping season and returns can no longer be used.
